It’s very important to us to provide you only high quality, small-batch skin care products, delivered in a timely fashion. We begin hand making your product only once it is purchased. Nothing is premade and sitting on a shelf. This practice preserves the beneficial qualities of each ingredient that goes into our 100% organic and 100% vegan products.
To maintain product integrity and freshness, we also believe it’s very important to deliver your product(s) as quickly as possible upon completion. Once skin care items have been delivered, we have no way of knowing if the product has been opened. And once opened, products are considered compromised. We want to ensure the freshest product available. This is why we don’t typically accept returns or exchanges. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please email us at NakedChickOrganics@gmail.com and we will gladly work with you find a suitable solution.
In the event a return/refund has been agreed upon, you must request the return/refund within 30 days of original purchase. Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt. Please scan the receipt, send it along with the item you are returning, and enclose a detailed explanation as to why you are returning the product. No refund will be granted if the item is not returned as stated above. No refund will be granted if the item is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the product(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at NakedChickOrganics@gmail.com. To investigate the problem, we’ll need your email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
